Agreement: Placing an order constitutes a formal purchase agreement. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock unavailability or security concerns.

Pricing: All prices include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Duties, taxes, and import fees for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.

Intellectual Property: All designs, images, and content on this site are the exclusive property of DEFAULT. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Liability: We are responsible for the quality of our garments. We are not liable for logistical delays, customs holds, or third-party carrier incidents.

Governing Law: Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
